Welcome to Drosly, an Education Operating System designed for companies, academies, educational institutions, instructors, and learners. This Privacy Policy explains how Drosly collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when individuals and organizations access or use the platform and its related services.

Company Responsibility Each company is responsible for ensuring that it has an appropriate legal basis and the necessary permissions to upload, access, and process information belonging to its users.

Depending on the service and context, a company may control certain information entered into its company account, while Drosly processes that information to provide the requested platform services.

6. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable, Drosly may process information based on:

  • Performance of a contract or provision of requested services.
  • Compliance with legal, financial, or regulatory obligations.
  • Drosly’s legitimate interests in operating, improving, and securing the platform.
  • The user’s consent when consent is required by applicable law.

Company Acceptance When a new version requires approval, an authorized Company Owner or Company Administrator must review and accept the updated document before restricted dashboard services become available.
