  • Complete your organization profile — name, logo, and contact details appear on every certificate you issue.
  • Add your team members and set their roles before inviting learners.
  • Create your first course, or import existing course material.
  • Choose your subscription plan based on your team size and expected learner volume.

Most institutions are fully operational within a day — there's no lengthy onboarding process required.
